My First Post!

Hi, I'm Neti and this is my first post.  My Sister in Law Barb finally convinced me to start a blog of my own.  My Sister in Law Judy has also tempted me to take the plunge in the past but I didn't know the process was so quick and simple or I would have caved in a long time ago.  My other Sister in Law Nina is also creative - now there are four of us in our family who are creative bloggers... its a family affair!

My husband and I live in a small community in Southeastern British Columbia.  My honey works at a mine, currently on strike as of two days ago and I also work as a care-aide.  My sideline and hobby is sewing.  I used to do a lot of cross stitch but have graduated into a lot of sewing, much of which I sell at table sales locally.  This blog will be a showcase for both my products and for our adventures together as we both love travelling and fishing.  Stay tuned! 

I've been making some of these "oven aprons" recently.  They come in all sorts of colours and styles and drape on the door of your oven - ready to dry your hands when you need it most.
